Parents, 

TLDR: remember to declare your divers for Tuesday and Wednesday, and picture day is Thursday!

We have several big events this week. First our last home meet of the season is Tuesday, July 8th. We will need a full compliment of volunteers for this meet. Several families that volunteer are out of town this week, so please look to see how you can help! Declare that diver as well! This is also Senior Night for our two graduating seniors.

On Wednesday, we have our make up meet at Parklawn. If you'd like to caravan or carpool, we will meet in the pool parking lot at 4 pm to leave by 4:05. Let me know if your child needs a ride. I still have several free seats in my car. Declare that diver for the meet!

On Thursday morning, we have picture day! We will start as soon as swim finishes. Be at the pool in your team swimsuit (if you have one) by 9:30. Note that this is earlier than our normal morning practice time. Instructions on how to order photos ahead of time will be posted below. The head coach last name is that of the Greenbriar swim coach and is correct for the online order. Olsen will also have envelopes available for cash/check options.

If anyone is heading to King's Dominion on the 10th, you can head out as soon as photos are done! We will have a shortened morning practice after photos.

Looking ahead, we will have one last Dolphin Diner on Sunday, 7/13 after rafternoon. Our last meet of the season is away on 7/15 against Walden Glen. That meet is already open in SwimTopia. Declare your diver!

If your child wants to participate in the synchro competition, that is Tuesday, 7/22. 12 and unders will do 3 dives, 13 and ups will do 4 dives. The coaches will start working with kids on some synchro basics this week. Have them start thinking about partners!

   FILL OUT AN ORDER SLIP (AT SHOOT) WITH YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER OR PRINT OUT YOUR CHILD'S ORDER AND SEND THAT WITH YOUR CHILD OR SIBLING GROUP TO THE SHOOT.

   YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION NUMBER VIA EMAIL AND TEXT.

   IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN AND ARE ORDERING SEPARATE PACKAGES, EACH CHILD NEEDS A SEPARATE ORDER WITH A DIFFERENT CONFIRMATION NUMBER.
7. 
   HAVE YOUR CHILD OR SIBLING GROUP BRING PRINTED FORM TO THE SHOOT AND GIVE TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER WHEN HAVING THEIR PICTURE TAKEN.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

• IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD YOU ARE ORDERING FOR, YOU MUST CHECK OUT AND PAY FOR EACH CHILD SEPARATELY.

• 
  SIBLINGS ONLY NEEDS ONE ORDER FOR THE GROUP. PLEASE PUT FIRST NAMES ON FORM FOR ALL SIBLINGS THAT ARE IN THE GROUP.

**If you do not have a printer and you placed an order, please have your child bring the CONFIRMATION NUMBER to the shoot, there are photo slips at the shoot to put your confirmation number on.

** There will be envelopes to fill out at the shoot for checks and cash payments.
