Hello All,

Quick note about the B meet tonight. I will provide a full recap tomorrow but in short. Those competing did very well (6 divers came in 1st, 2nd or 3rd). We had first time divers Ben Hoke and Anthony Berta dive and first time this year diver Joshua Nassar dive. I really couldn't be happier with our B meet and as a added bonus we were done just after 7!

Wally Martin Practices

As you know there are two types of competitions going on. A 3 meter competition and a 1 meter Synchro competition.

On Friday June 7th, we have 3 meter practice from 6 to 6:30. Matthew has reserved 6 spots. If you are going to practice with him, you need to arrive no later than 5:45 as you have to be on the board at 6pm. (There are a lot of divers and they will not wait. If you miss your time slot you will not practice.) It would be preferred if you would text Matthew and let him know you plan to to attend (703-867-7498). Matthew will be hanging around to 7:30 to help a teammate that has a 7pm practice time. We do not have any reserved times available for 6:30 - 7:30. If you show up after 6:30, he will try and get you on but there are no promises.

Additionally, our team has 4 pairs of synchro slots open form 6:6:30 on Saturday with another team practicing at 6:30. Mason will be at the Synchro boards to help the teams get organized and provide coaching from 6-7pm. If you wish to practice at this time, feel free to text me at 703-980-8313.

Wesley will hold down the fort and hold our regular practice on Friday evening. Same time as usual. 

On Saturday, July 8. Matthew will be at Oak Marr for Synchro practice from 6:30 to 7pm. Once again, text him if you wish to come so he can confirm he has availability.

If you wish to sign up for the 3 meter event it must be completed by 9pm Friday night on divemeets.com There is a $5 registration fee and you will be electronically be creating the dive sheet as part of the registration. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE DIVE NUMBERS FROM ONE OF THE COACHES PRIOR TO REGISTERING!

Registration for the Synchro event is Friday night at 8pm. I will have meet sheets for synchro there tomorrow night so we can complete them and turn them in. There is no cost for the Synchro event.
