Depending if you are on a PC or your phone. You should see Greenbriar vs Parliament as an upcoming meet. If you are on your PC, you will see a green button to declare your diver right under the event. If you are on your phone, click on the event and then you will see a button (mine was blueish gray but yours may be different) and then you will be able to declare your diver.
